In 2016 our turn around for Bridging loans completions averaged 20 days, which meant that all our clients who purchased properties at auctions were able to meet the 28 days deadlines; great!! For commercial finance the time is a bit longer as we tend to deal with, mainly, Banks and as you know, Banks aren’t fast movers; average was 10 –  weeks.

Our record fastest Bridging Loan completion stands at only 5 working days and we are working to beat this record in 2017.
